Can the owner see that I viewed their highlight?
Instagram can retain viewer information for a limited period after the original Story was posted. A separate no-login viewer does not attach your personal Instagram username because that account does not perform the view.
Can I view private highlights anonymously?
No. A private account shows nothing to non-followers, highlights included. Approval is the only way.
Do highlight downloaders reduce quality?
They can. A downloader may retrieve a compressed version, so image resolution or video quality can be lower than the original upload.
Can I view Instagram Highlights without an account?
